Refund policy
We have a 7-Day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and subject to the following criteria, we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.
Unique Leathercrafts & Jewellery 'made to order' products have a strict returns and refund policy. We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we are not responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation errors made by the customer.

Errors in user-selected options such as fabric type, size and/or colour options.
- Change of mind.
- Delayed delivery of Goods once posted from our Store.
Examine your orders carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your custom order.
To start a return, you can contact us at uniqueleathercrafts@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Earrings
Earrings are unable to be returned OR exchanged for hygiene reasons.
